The Way We Use Information

1. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover,via PayPal.
2. We do not accept gift card or prepaid card at website checkout. These orders are processed via email or within our retail store.

3. OUR WEBSITE IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ANY APPLE PRODUCTS.  YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE CHECKOUT PROCESS WITH THE FOLLOWING DEVICES: iPHONE, iPAD, APPLE DESK OR LAPTOP.

Sales Tax

All orders delivered to a California address will be charged the appropriate sales tax.

Billing Terms & Conditions

We verify all billing information provided by our customers. Please enter your billing information correctly; otherwise, your order will be delayed for 48 to 72 hours.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.

Return/Exchange Policy

Shoe FanatiX does not have a return policy, however, we do grant exchanges. We are completely committed to providing our customers with the highest quality customer service and quality products. We will allow an exchange for the following reasons:

-Manufacturer's defect
-Wrong product(s) shipped

Merchandise must be returned within 10 calendar days, in the original packaging and must be in the same unworn condition they were received in. Please note that shoes returned in anything other than the original packaging will NOT be accepted and exchange will be forfeited You, the customer, are responsible for associated shipping cost on the return and Shoe FanatiX, will pay to ship your exchange merchandise back to you. Your merchandise cannot be exchanged for items noted as "New Arrivals”, unless the original item was also considered “New Arrival” at time of purchase. Shoe Fanatix WILL NOT grant any exchanges due to wrong size ordered, problems with color or personal problems with heel height.  All information pertaining to product details are outlined in the product description.  If you have a question please feel free to contact us at 310-4199-7463 or 877-894-7463 prior to check out.  We will be more than happy to answer ANY questions that you have to ensure that you are ordering your merchandise with full confidence.

In the event your item is no longer available, you have the option to exchange for a different item (at equal value) or receive a store credit. If at the time of exchange your item has been marked down or placed on clearance, please note that you will receive credit at the new listed price. All credits MUST be used within 60 calendar days of exchange .All credits expire after 60 days and are Non-Transferrable.

Any marked “CLEARANCE” items are FINAL SALE and can’t be returned/exchanged unless a manufactures defect is present.

Shipping Policy

Shipping and Handling Charges

Shoe FanatiX will NOT charge any customer with Hidden fees on their order. All fees and charges are calculated during the check out process. In order for our system to display an accurate shipping fee, please be sure to add/click the “update total” in your shopping cart. Otherwise, your order will be delayed. Please review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes so that we can expedite the processing of your order.

Shipping Methods

Orders can take up to 2 business days for processing

1. 2nd Day  (2 business days for delivery) available upon request, but not guaranteed to be available as an option.  Our *STANDARD and CUSTOMARY shipping method is UPS ground shipping.
2. Ground Shipping (5 to 7 business days for delivery)
3. UPS and/or USPS are carriers used by Shoe FanatiX *primarily UPS
4. International Shipping (available on approved orders only, please contact us a [email protected])

Important: We do NOT accept any customer's own shipping account (Federal Express, DHL/Airborne, UPS or any other company) for any order.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

All orders to be processed within approximately two BUSINESS days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Shoe FanatiX does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the next business day.  In addition, should Shoe Fanatix determine that an item is unsuitable for final processing (i.e. damaged goods or below standard quality assurance expectation), you will be notified via email and payment fully returned unless otherwise stated by you the customer.  Shoe Fanatix ships locally within the United States. However shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will require additional shipping fees to be paid prior to shipping merchandise.  Customers will receive a separate email outlining fees and the option to continue with purchase or cancel order.  

In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping address and billing address. Otherwise, your order can be delayed for further verification.

Once a package is in the possession of our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we can not make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable.

Shoe FanatiX may require an adult signature on any package over $200.00 in value.  

 

Local delivery orders must be paid in full in advance of the delivery.  Any orders returned will be imposed a 15% restocking fee and deducted before refund is remitted back to you the customer.
